GET OUT THERE with Four Season Guides

Studies--and a lot of personal anecdotes--show that time spent outdoors can have a profound, positive affect on a person’s well-being. This is something many of us wild-seekers know and live by. It is also what can fuel us to share this “fountain of health” with the masses in an effort to make the world a better place.

Since in 1999, this small, locally owned and operated guide service based in Flagstaff, AZ has made it their mission to facilitate this positive affect through outdoor recreational experiences, as well as to “foster a greater appreciation for the incredible landscapes and wild places of the American Southwest and beyond”. They offer guided trips throughout Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Grand-Staircase Escalante National Monument, Moab, Yosemite, Sedona, and Havasupai Falls, ranging from day hikes and lodge-based excursions, to multi-day backpacking adventures.

Long-time FSG guide Lily Styrmoe describes the power of backpacking,

FSG guide Scott Victor comments on the value of a guided trip,
